Supplemental Insurance Plans

Supplemental insurance plans are offered to provide coverage for dental and vision expenses; additional coverage for charges and deductibles related to hospitalization; intensive care and cancer; and disability plans to help cover income lost due to an accident or illness. Please refer to the company brochures for more details. Some plans are part of the state of Florida's pre-tax program, and therefore the pre-tax benefit cannot be waived.
